IONOS Webmail now with AI assistant

IONOS is taking its webmail feature to the next level with artificial intelligence. The AI Email Assistant now makes emails even more efficient by offering practical help with reading, writing and creating professional emails.

The AI Email Assistant for IONOS Webmail can be added to any email account, making it beneficial for all levels of employees. It assists users by summarising long and complicated emails, paraphrasing draft emails and translating the copy into a range of languages including English, German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Italian and Dutch. Replies can also be generated based on keywords or further information provided by the user, and there are standard response options allowing for quickly providing compliments, thanks, positive confirmation, delay or rejection. The AI feature can also create full email drafts as well as finetune tonality, mood and length – it can even allow for the use of emojis.

New customers currently receive the AI email assistant additional to their email account for free in first 3 months,  after that, the product costs £2.50 per month. 

The IONOS email solutions include a free domain and up to 50 GB of mail storage, Webmail, spam filter and virus protection. Mail Business can be used from 1 to 10 users, with additional licenses available to purchase on top of the original tariffs. These include tools for teamwork, such as shared calendars, contacts and tasks that are synchronised in real time.
