IONOS launches AI-supported Email Marketing solution

IONOS has launched a powerful new Email Marketing solution to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) contact their customers more effectively and regularly. No previous experience in email marketing is required and newsletter texts can now be created with the help of artificial intelligence (AI).

Building and maintaining a customer base is essential for business success. The new Email Marketing service from IONOS is specifically tailored to the needs of startups, small businesses and self-employed entrepreneurs who want to regularly provide their customer base with news, offers and promotions, but lack the time or know-how to do so digitally. According to the IONOS digitalisation study 2023, 45% of SMEs in the UK say that lack of time is a major barrier to their digitalisation efforts. 

With an extensive library of more than 50 professionally designed templates suitable for any industry, the new IONOS solution makes creating attractive and compelling newsletters      quick and easy. The library will be continually added to and improved, and layouts can also be easily customised according to a company’s own preferences.      

Additionally, with the support of AI, SMEs can generate engaging subject lines and newsletter content in a matter of seconds.

Email Marketing with the highest data protection standard

New contact information can be added manually or collected via a contact form on the company’s own website. The handling of customer data is GDPR-compliant and protected at the highest level by rule-compliant double opt-in emails.      

With the preview function, newsletters can be checked and adjusted before they are sent. After sending, the success of the email campaign can be measured with key figures such as opening-, click-, bounce- and spam rates. 

Pricing

There are four Email Marketing tariff options depending on the number of emails to be sent per month. The promotional package Email Marketing Plus, allows up to 10,000 emails each month and is available for £5/month for the first six months, and £15/month thereafter. 

The Email Marketing Starter tariff includes 2,500 emails per month for £7/month for the first six months (£10/month thereafter). 

As the customer base grows, packages with up to 60,000 emails per month can be booked in the premium tariff. This is available for £25/month in the first six months, and £40/month thereafter.
