Logging in to WordPress Administration

For WordPress Hosting and Managed WordPress (Learn more about your IONOS WordPress version)

The administration interface (WP Admin) is the control center of your WordPress website. Here you edit such things as the appearance of your website and manage extensions (plugins). This article explains how to access the admin interface.

Please Note

You can configure the global settings of your WordPress project in the Websites & Shops section of your IONOS account.

  • Go to the Websites & Shops section of your IONOS account.
  • If necessary, click the Manage Website button of the corresponding tile for your WordPress website.
  • Click the Open WordPress button. The administration of the selected WordPress installation will open in a new window.
