With the IONOS app Loop for WordPress, you provide feedback on your WordPress experience by answering questions. Together with the anonymous collection of your usage data, you directly contribute to the improvement and further development of IONOS WordPress products.

- Loop is 100% anonymous.
- No personal data or website data is transmitted.
- Participation in Loop can be stopped at any time.
Opening IONOS Loop
Log in to your WordPress installation. In the WordPress admin dashboard, click IONOS > Loop on the left side.
If you have not used Loop before, you first have to agree to use it.
What if the Loop menu item is not displayed?
- Loop is not available in all WordPress packages. Make sure you have one of the types of packages listed at the beginning of this article.
- The plugin installation has not been performed yet. Continue reading in the "Installing the Loop plugin" section below.
Installing the Loop Plugin
- Log in to your WordPress installation.
- In the WordPress admin panel, click Plugins > Add new on the left side.
- In the details page, select the IONOS recommends tab.
- On the IONOS Loop tile, click the Install Now button.
- After the installation is complete, open Loop via the WordPress Administration > IONOS > Loop and adjust the settings as necessary.
Disabling the Loop Plugin
- Log in to your WordPress installation.
- In the WordPress dashboard, click IONOS > Loop > Leave the program now. Note that this link will only appear if you are already participating in Loop.
- In the WordPress dashboard, click Plugins > Installed Plugins on the left side.
- In the Loop plugin row, click the Deactivate link. This will disable Loop, but it will remain in your WordPress installation.
- Optional: Click the Delete link in the Loop plugin's row. This will permanently delete the plugin.
