With MyShop, you can add an online shop function to your MyWebsite. This article provides you with an overview of the most important functions of your MyShop.

MyShop functions

  • Sell products online: Sell your products online (see Help Centre article "Integrate MyShop into website and add products"). You can also sell product variations, e.g. T-shirts in different colours and sizes (see Help Centre article "Adding variations to products").
  • Amazon and eBay: Sell your products on Amazon and eBay with just a few clicks.
  • Shipping: Offer your customers different shipping options, e.g. standard and express shipping (see Help Centre article "Manage shipping in MyShop").
  • Payment: Offer your customers various payment options, e.g. payment by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal (see Help Centre article "Manage payments in MyShop").
  • Order and customer data: Manage orders and customer data centrally in your MyShop administration. Create and send delivery notes, invoices, and parcel labels with just a few clicks (see Help Centre article "Create documents for orders").
  • Automatic email dispatch: Use the automatic email dispatch function to keep your customers informed about the status of their order (see Help Centre article "Set up email events").
  • Legally compliant: Offer a legally compliant online shop (see Help Centre article "Set up legal texts").
  • Important key figures at a glance: Use the MyShop home page to keep an eye on all important information about your online shop, e.g. your turnover and most recent orders.

MyShop Administration Overview

The start page of your MyShop is divided into the following areas:

Dashboard: The dashboard shows you the most important information about your MyShop at a glance, e.g. the most recent orders. You can customise the dashboard to suit your needs, such as add widgets or change the arrangement of the displayed widgets using drag & drop.
