As soon as a customer completes an order in your online shop, the data relating to their order is saved in your MyShop administration, e.g. their address details and order details. In this article, you will learn how to manage this customer data.

Display and edit customer data
To display or edit customer data, click on Customers in the menu. In the overview, you will see all customers who have ordered in your online shop. Click on the corresponding customer number in the Customer no. column:
- In the General >Address area, you can edit the customer's address details.
- In the General >Customer account area, you can edit further data, e.g. the stored bank details.
- In the Orders section, you can manually add further orders to this customer data (see Help Centre article "Create orders manually").
Export customer data

- Activate the corresponding customer numbers in the overview.
- Click on Export. The export settings are displayed.
- Click on Export.
A window appears in which you can choose whether you want to open the exported file or save it in your default download folder.
Delete customer data
- Click on Customers in the menu. In the overview, you will see all customers who have ordered in your online shop.
- Activate the corresponding customer numbers in the overview.
- Click on Delete.
- Confirm the deletion.
