Editing orders
Please use the “Print” function at the bottom of the page to create a PDF.
Valid for MyWebsite and MyShop
In this article, you will learn how to edit the details of a MyShop order, and save notes on the order.
Edit order
In the menu, select Orders > Orders. Click on the order number of the order in the overview. The symbol in front of the order number shows whether the order is already being processed. You can still open orders that are already being processed. To reset the processing, click Cancel at the bottom after opening.
You can change the following in the order:
- You can change the status of the order (see Help Centre article "Changing the status of orders").
- In the Order number field, you can change the order number created by the system.
- In the Order and delivery remarks field, you can edit remarks about the order or add new remarks. Your customers can enter these comments during the order process. The remarks are automatically added to all order documents and order status emails (see Help Centre articles "Creating orders" and "Setting up email events").
- In the Internal note field, you can enter notes for processing or dispatching the order. These notes are not visible to the customer.
Change additional order details
To change additional details of the order, click Edit at the bottom.
- You can change the customer's billing and delivery address. Please note: The billing and delivery address can only ever be changed for the customer's currently open order.
- Quantity: You can change the quantity ordered.
- UP: You can change the unit price at which the customer ordered the product.
- Discount: You can change the discount that the customer receives for the product.
- Trash icon: Removes the product from the order
Click Refresh at the bottom so that all changes are visible.
Add new product
To add new products to the order, proceed as follows:
- Enter the quantity in the Quantity field.
- Click on Add items. Select the product from the list.
If required, change the shipping and payment method, as well as the tax settings. The requirement for this is that you have set up several shipping and payment methods (see Help Centre articles “Managing shipping in MyShop” and "Managing payments in MyShop").
Click on Apply to save the order.
