Valid for MyWebsite.

Choose your title graphic from numerous templates or use your own graphic on your MyWebsite. You also have the option of setting up a customised cover image for each page. This article explains how to do this.

Inserting and managing title graphics

  • Log in to your IONOS account and open your MyWebsite project.

  • Click on the header area of the page to edit it.

  • Click on the Cover image tab and activate the Show cover image setting.

  • Click on Add to select a cover image.

  • Select the desired image and then click on Insert images. The real-time preview shows you how the cover image will look with the current settings. You have various options for customising the appearance. Start by adjusting the image height, for example. You can do this using the Height slider.

  • You can then change the displayed section under Customise cover image by moving, enlarging or rotating it.

  • Under Advanced, you can adjust the brightness and sharpness.

  • Assign an alternative text. This text describes the graphic and makes it easier for people with disabilities to understand the content of your website.

  • In general, you can also specify whether this image is set up as the title for all pages or only for the page you are currently on.

  • Once you have made all the settings, you can apply them by clicking Save .
