To ensure that your Managed Nextcloud functions optimally, each tariff has a maximum number of users. This ensures the speed and stability of your Managed Nextcloud. This article informs you about the permitted number of users.
Note
The user limits are active for Managed Nextcloud contracts from August 2024.
Maximum number of users in Managed Nextcloud tariffs

Increase number of users
You can change the maximum number of users by changing the tariff in your IONOS account or IONOS Customer Support. Please note that a tariff change cannot be carried out via your Managed Nextcloud instance.
