Revoking access authorisation for partners

Valid for customers and clients of IONOS partners.
If you have given a partner "full access" or "partial access" to your IONOS account, you can revoke the respective access authorisation at any time. This article explains how to do this.
Revoke authorisations
- Open the Login & Account Security section under My Account & Logout in the menu bar at the top right.
Open Login & Account SecurityLog in and open Login & account security - Click on Access authorisations.
- Click on Open details for the partner for whom you want to revoke access authorisation.
- Click on Remove partner and revoke access authorisation and confirm the dialogue with Revoke access authorisation.
The partner will be removed and will no longer be able to access your IONOS account.
If you wish to grant the partner access to your IONOS account again, they must send you another access request via IONOS Partner Portal or you can grant them access again via IONOS Partner Network.
