Valid for customers and clients of IONOS partners.
With IONOS Partner Network, you have access to a large number of specialists for every aspect of your project. To make collaboration easier, you can give those involved partial or full access to your IONOS account. This article explains the details.
Are you looking for a new partner for an exciting web project?
At IONOS Partner Network you will find support for your web project from experts such as agencies, freelancers and web designers.
Notes
Granted access authorisations can be revoked at any time. You can find more information on this in the article Revoking access authorisation for partners
The access request can be made by the partner by email. However, you also have the option of granting the partner access directly via IONOS Partner Network.
Partial access
Your partners can use your products and services on your behalf. However, access to the contract management of your IONOS account is blocked for partners. It is also not possible for partners to order products or cancel existing services.
Please note that the partner can still carry out consumption-based actions for some products (e.g. increasing server resources). These actions take effect immediately at a technical level and therefore incur costs. The partner assures in the access request that they will not make any consumption-based orders or changes.
Full access
Your partners can use your products and services for you. Your partners can also order and cancel products at any time. Your partners can also access the contract management of your IONOS account.
Transparency through email notifications
In order to keep the allocation and cancellation of access rights transparent and traceable, email notifications are sent for the following processes:
- IONOS Account holder rejects access request from a partner (recipient: partner).
- IONOS Account holder has not responded to an access request within 30 days (recipient: partner).
- IONOS Account holder has accepted an access request (recipient: partner).
- IONOS Account holder has withdrawn an authorisation already granted to their account (recipient: partner).
- Partner has cancelled access to the IONOS account (recipient: IONOS account holder).
