Contract Information and General Terms and Conditions
You can access the contract information for your IONOS contracts right in your account. To view your contract term and an overview of all products and services included in your contract, follow these steps:
Log in to your IONOS account.
Click on Menu > My Account in the title bar.
In the Contracts & Subscriptions tile, click Display.
The Contracts & Subscriptions page opens. This page lists your current IONOS contracts.- Click the contract for which you want more information.
The details of the contract are displayed.
In this section, you can see when the contract was started and when it renews. To view the products and services included in your contract, click Contract Services. To view the additional items and domains included in the contract, click Additional items/Domains.
