Additional Email Address for Receiving Invoices

Invoices for your IONOS products are sent to the email address used for your IONOS account, provided you have given your consent. This article explains how to store a second email address for sending invoices and payment-related information, e.g. for your accounting department.
Please Note
Emails to the second email address are always a copy of the emails to the primary email address.
Adding a Second Email Address
- Log in to your IONOS account.
- Select the People icon (My Account & Logout) in the top-right corner.
- Click on the My Customer Data tile.
- In the Contact field, click the Edit link.
- Enter the desired second email address and click Save.
