Changing Your Password in the IONOS Mobile App

For the IONOS Mobile App for iOS and Android

To change your password in the free IONOS Mobile App for iOS and Android, follow the steps below:

Guided Steps

  • Tap Menu.

  • Tap My Account.

  • Next to MY ACCOUNT, tap Change Password.

  • Enter the desired password.

  • Tap Change password.

Your account password has now been changed.
