Which Ruby Version is Included in My Package?

For Linux Web Hosting and Managed Dedicated Server packages

The Ruby programming language is available in many IONOS Web Hosting and Managed Server packages.

You can use the following Secure Shell (SSH) command to display the installed Ruby version in your webspace:

$ ruby -v

Please note: The Ruby on Rails framework is not available in our Webhosting or Managed Server packages. For this we recommend using of a Dedicated Server with a Linux or Windows Operating System.
