Please use the “Print” function at the bottom of the page to create a PDF.
The Mail Upload feature allows you to automatically save email attachments to a folder in your HiDrive account. This article explains how to set up this feature.
Example: You regularly receive invoices as PDF files in your emails. When you receive these emails through your Mail Upload email address, the attachments are automatically saved in the folder you specify in HiDrive. This way, you and all other HiDrive users for whom this folder is shared can access the attachments.
Creating the Mail Upload Email Address
The email address is automatically generated and displayed when you set up the Mail Upload function for a HiDrive folder. This email address cannot be changed. Please note that each folder that is set up for mail upload will have its own email address.
Please Note
Email addresses for the mail upload function cannot be used for normal email communication. When messages are sent (or forwarded) to this email address, all of the messages' contents except the attachment are deleted automatically.

- Select Private or Shared in the left menu bar.
- Optional: Use the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner to create a new folder.
