How to display calendar weeks in Outlook
Numbering calendar weeks is normal within a business context, based on a 52-week year. The e-mail program Outlook also displays numbered calendar weeks if required. However, the corresponding function is deactivated in the default setting.
We will show you how to display calendar weeks in Outlook so that you have a better overview of the calendar year.

Display calendar week: Outlook on the web
Note that the numbering of the weeks of a calendar year is defined differently internationally: In the USA, the week of the calendar year is the first week in which January 1 falls, but in Europe the first calendar week is counted as the week that contains at least four days of the new year. So if January 1st is on a Friday, the first calendar year of that year will be in the next week. In the Outlook calendar settings, you can adjust the start of the first week in the “Working hours” section according to your individual wishes.
